GENDEV LLC does not control or verify patient data entered into the Service.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that ApptConfirm sends messages on your behalf via SMS, email, and voicemail.
You are solely responsible for:
GENDEV LLC is not responsible for delivery failures, carrier delays, or third-party messaging service interruptions.
While ApptConfirm is designed to reduce no-shows and recover appointments, GENDEV LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue increases, or performance results.
Any metrics or estimates shown are informational only.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. GENDEV LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GENDEV LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption.
GENDEV LLC’s total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GENDEV LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, including violations of applicable laws or patient communication regulations.
